My Grandson, oh how you have warmed my heart so quickly.  Amazing how much you truly resemble your father.  So very tiny you are, this day, your birthday.  A name fit for a king, so strong.  You have your father's name, as well as your grandfather's. Your name also is shared by the man I adore, my soul mate.

As God spreads his wings, yet another life he is sheltering in this world.  You, your life. Allow God's arms to forever stretch to embrace, love, and protect you. Soar through life as your own person, your own man, but never forget the love God has for his children...

What a proud moment it was to see you, to hold you.  Such joy you have already brought into my life.  Now I look forward to all the wonderful times we shall have together in life.
